Jen owns JenFryTalks, an organizational change firm at the intersection of conflict and culture — helping leaders and teams navigate difference, build resilient leadership models, and leverage conflict rather than be leveled by it. PhD in Sports Geography, Michigan State University.

Dawn Snyder

Chief of Staff

Dawn provides strategic support and manages day-to-day operations at JenFryTalks, drawing on a deep background in project management, logistics, event planning, and customer service. She is also CEO of Dawn Snyder Consulting and Head of Operations at Coordle.
