AI & Automated Processing Disclosure

We believe in being upfront about how the Conflict Literacy Index works, where automated processing is involved, and where a human belongs in the loop.

1. How scoring works

The assessment consists of a fixed set of validated questions. Your answers are scored using a deterministic model (weighted rubrics), not a large language model. Two people who answer identically will get identical scores.

2. Where AI is used

Suggested next steps and coaching prompts: we may use AI to generate personalized reflection prompts or resource recommendations based on your score profile. These are suggestions, not prescriptions.
Internal product improvement: we may use aggregated, de-identified data to test and improve the scoring rubric.

3. Where AI is NOT used

Your score itself.
Team, sport, or division benchmarks (these are computed with standard statistics).
Any decision about hiring, promotion, discipline, or academic standing.

4. Not a diagnosis

The Conflict Literacy Index is an educational tool for building conflict literacy. It is not a psychological assessment, medical device, or diagnostic instrument. It does not measure personality disorders, mental health conditions, or fitness for any role. Do not use it as a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or clinical advice.

5. No automated decisions with legal effects

We do not use your results to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. If your organization uses the results as part of coaching or team development, that decision is made by the humans in your organization — not by us and not automatically.

6. Human review

If you believe your results are inaccurate or want a human to review your data, email info@jenfrytalks.com.

7. Data used to train models

We do not sell or license your personal data or assessment responses for training third-party AI models.
