Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 13, 2026

Last updated: July 13, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use the Conflict Literacy Index. This statement describes what we do to make the Service accessible and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.

1. Target conformance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test regularly and improve continuously.

2. What we do

  • Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and form labels.
  • Keyboard-navigable interfaces for the assessment, dashboard, and results.
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
  • Alt text on informative images.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow at 200% zoom without loss of content.
  • Focus indicators on interactive elements.

3. Known limitations

We are actively working on: (a) improved screen-reader announcements for dynamic score updates; (b) captions for embedded video content; (c) enhanced keyboard shortcuts for the assessment. Where a barrier exists, we will work with you on an alternative format.

4. Report an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email info@jenfrytalks.com with:

  • The page URL where you experienced the issue
  • A description of the issue and the assistive technology you were using

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed issues on a priority basis.

5. Alternative formats

If you need assessment content or results in an alternative format (for example, a plain-text export or large-print PDF), contact us and we will accommodate reasonable requests.
