Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what you may and may not do when using the Service. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. You may not
- Scrape, crawl, or copy the Service (including questions, scoring model, benchmarks, or copy) except as expressly allowed.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service or any assessment seat with anyone other than the intended user.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code, models, or algorithms.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or benchmark data set.
- Take the assessment on behalf of another person (impersonation).
- Submit false, misleading, or intentionally random responses in order to skew benchmarks.
- Upload malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission (see Security responsible disclosure).
- Harass, threaten, or target other users, coaches, or staff via any communication channel we provide.
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or to process personal data of others without their consent.
2. Fair-use limits
We may enforce reasonable rate limits, seat limits, and storage limits to protect the Service for everyone.
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination without refund, and, where appropriate, legal action. For team and organization plans, an individual user's violation may be handled through the account administrator.
4. Reporting abuse
To report abuse, email info@jenfrytalks.com with details and, where possible, evidence.
